At its Foshan Sanshui plant, Kaiming has established a precision ductile iron casting foundry with the capability to produce single castings weighing up to 50 tons, and a monthly output capacity of 3,000 tons. The facility is also equipped with a large-scale machining workshop centered around advanced Japanese MITSUBISHI machining centers, capable of processing individual components weighing up to 50 tons and measuring up to 5 meters in length and width.
In addition, the factory houses a heavy-duty injection molding machine assembly workshop with lifting capacities of up to 100 tons, ensuring efficient installation and assembly of large injection molding systems.
